a) What is Escape Quest about?

It’s a real-life experience that challenges you to escape in less than 60 minutes from a room that has a particular quest or theme. Working together as a team, using logic, wit, and observation you must solve puzzles that will bring you once step closer to completing the challenge in less than 60 minutes.

 

b) What is needed to play?

No physical strength, prior knowledge, or specific clothing is required; you simply need a good attitude, be 12 years of age at least and a team of 2 to 6 people.  Attention: Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult on their team!

 

c) How to book a game and about the payment methods?

 It is preferable to make the booking through our website, in the BOOK NOW button, since it is difficult to find a place available without reservation. Upon completing the reservation, you will receive an email with the details of your booking. You must check the date, time, game, and number of participants. You can pay by bank transfer, before the game; or cash, credit or debit card directly at our front desk.

 

d) Delays, cancellations and modifications?

 We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your booking. If you are over 10 minutes late from your reserved time, you will lose your time slot and the payment will not be refunded.

e) Do you do special events, birthdays and gift certificates?

Yes. Please send an email to hola@escapequest.hn with your enquiries and we’ll help you plan an unforgettable birthday or the most enriching team building experience. We also offer gift certificates for that special person to live an unforgettable experience at Escape Quest.
